Pricing questions
- What counts as a live label?
- A label version that is currently on the market or in preparation — the thing you'd hand to a printer. Old versions stay in your history without counting against the limit, and re-checking a live label never costs extra.
- Why don't you charge per check?
- Because a per-check meter punishes exactly the behaviour that keeps labels compliant: checking every draft, every correction, every market. The unit that scales with your business is the portfolio — so that's what we price.
- Do you charge per seat?
- No. Invite your whole team — regulatory, design, QA, the agency. Compliance is a team sport and seats would tax the collaboration.
- How does the free check work?
- Create an account, upload one label (artwork or phone photos), and get the full verdict: findings with citations, the fix walkthrough and the coverage matrix. No card required. If it's useful, pick a plan; if not, you keep the report.
- What if my portfolio doesn't fit these sizes?
- Talk to us — importers, consultancies and labs run Nutrivo across many client portfolios, and we price that as one conversation rather than a calculator.
